TimeSheet task configuration has been taken to a new level. In addition to simplifying task configuration with the additon of task templates, project managers now have the ability to enable project task analysis on their projects to track chargeable tasks to make sure they are on time and budget. Project tasks can now have start/end dates and hour estimates. TimeSheet has been updated to reflect the due dates and remaining hours of tasks. TimeSheet users can now complete tasks and hide them from view on their TimeSheet. To keep all projects on task, a project task analysis module was also added to the dashboard for project managers.
Project Managers and Approvers now have some dashboard modules to call their own. The Project Financial Summary module allows a project manager to select projects to display ordered and actual financial information with links directly to the Projects Financial Summary page. The Project Task Analysis module provides quick links to project information as well as the percent complete for all the tasks configured for the project. The Approvals module allows users with electronic approval rights to view a list of items awaiting their approval.
